Tasting REAL chocolate
Most people have never tasted real chocolate, and yet in history...wars were fought over these beans. They were used as a currency and more valued than gold. They were present at every life ceremony. This was back when flavor mattered. Before major commercialization and industrial processing. Let's not lose them.

Bringing Back Cargo Sailing
The CEIBA is going to sail into our one particular harbor (you Jimmy Buffet fans you) bringing precious cacao from far away enchanted lands. Be there. It will be a party. Like with a brass band and everything.
Along with sustainable cargo shipping by sail with her 300 MT temperature controlled cargo hold, the Ceiba will also be a Sail Training vessel. This is not only important for THE COCOA FORGE, but also a huge opportunity to bring back cargo shipping by sail to the West Coast - which has been absent for over 100 years. Yep, it's a giant deal. |
