The top layer is caramelized white chocolate with organic unsweetened coconut toasted to golden perfection with or without (be sure to pick which one in the dropdown menu) toasted organic Texas pecans. (Visualize the frosting layer of a german chocolate cake). Then the bottom layer is a deep dark Ugandan milk chocolate (60%) with big chocolate notes (as opposed to say, fruity, spicy, nutty etc). (Visualize the cake part). This bar is really big - mostly because I couldn't get the layers to go in as thin as I imagined they would. So, hey, you could serve this for dessert at your next dinner party for 12!
