RICH & CREAMY EGGNOG chocolate, freshly ground nutmeg and with Venezuelan Ocumare roasted nibs soaked in cask aged Oola Bourbon.

*A note on nibs: freshly roasted cacao bean (seed) that has been cracked and winnowed. Sans the protective shell (sometimes called husk), this is the entire seed; the broken pieces of nib include the radicle which tends to be harder than the rest of the embryo. Just sayin'.
