Had to do it. March makes me think of St. Patrick's Day. And St. Patrick's Day makes me think of adult beverages. Yes I know I said I wouldn't do more inclusions but I couldn't help myself. So this one has the DEEP chocolate notes of the EcoCacao with a dark roasted barley malt LAYERED (because it had to be to be a proper black and tan for all you beer enthusiasts) with the light Brazilian Catongo all hopped up on Cascade hops which I think have wonderful floral-y citrus notes with surprising bitter follow up.
The Eco weighs in as a dark milk at 65% cacao and the Catongo, also a "dark" milk also right around 65%. This recipe was tweaked many times so the math got a little crazy.
